BCO North Talk & Tour: HMRC Pilgrim’s Quarter

Join us for a tour of the HMRC North East Regional Hub in the final stages of the fit out. Pilgrim’s Quarter will be the largest HMRC regional centre and amounts to 43,000sqm net internal area (63,000sqm gross internal area) in a highly accessible location within the heart of Newcastle city centre.

The fit out provides agile workspaces across 9 floors incorporating specialist requirements across the different lines of business. Significant fit out progress has been made across the building, with partition walls now formed throughout all floors, giving a clear sense of the completed layout and occupiable spaces. Ceiling installations are progressing well, alongside ongoing MEP second fix activities. On the upper floors, the project has entered the finishing stages, with decoration works now underway, including the installation of floor finishes, bespoke joinery and FF&E.
