The BCO South West is hosting a tour of the newly completed redevelopment of One Friary, Bristol – Bristol’s newest office development.
The building has been taken back to frame, and following the removal of one concrete floor, an additional 4 steel frame floors have been added and the building footprint expanded to provide 60,000sq ft of office space to the market.
Designed by tp bennett and delivered by Bankfoot APAM and Catella APAM the project is finished to the highest specification with sustainability at its heart.
